I General Provision

1. These regulations (hereinafter "Regulations") define the terms and conditions on which the promotion takes place (hereinafter "Promotion") under the name "BMW E8x / E9x PRO-KIT" in short "PRO-KIT".
2. The promoter is the owner of the CNC71 brand, CNC71 SP. Z O.O. ul. Mikołaja Reja 110 / H-30, 55-010 Smardzów, NIP: 8961610531, REGON: 521143880, KRS: 0000950425, email: shop@cnc71.com
3. The promotion is addressed to customers who are consumers within the meaning of the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and does not include wholesale.
4. The promotion takes place in the online store at the electronic address https://cnc71.com.
5. The use of the terms of the Promotion is voluntary. Before joining the Promotion, the Participant should read the Promotion Regulations and the Website Regulations. By using the Promotion, you accept them.

II Promotion rules

1. The promotion starts from February 29, 2024, 00:00 CET to March 07, 2024 to 23:59 CET, under which the Customer is entitled to a discount on product -  Steering lock kit BMW E8x / E9x - PRO KIT (https://cnc71.com/en_US/p/Steering-lock-kit-BMW-E8xE9x-PRO-KIT/3188) in the amount of 20% in relation to the base price. Promotion cannot be combined with others.
2. The discount is calculated automatically in the order summary.
3. The promotion applies to orders placed during the promotion period and carried out during the promotion period and thereafter.
4. The promotion does not apply to orders placed before the promotion period, which are carried out during the promotion period, and orders the price of which has been negotiated by the Customer with the Promoter during the Promotion.
5. Information about the Promotion contained in advertising materials does not constitute an offer or a public promise.
6. Failure to declare the will to take advantage of the promotion until the payment is made, means that the Customer has refrained from using the Promotion in relation to a given transaction. The Promoter of the Promotion in special cases, at the request of the Customer, recognize the right to take advantage of the Promotion and apply the terms of the Promotion to a given transaction.
7. If the Customer uses the Promotion correctly, the Organizer will execute the Customer's order with a reduced price. The Organizer of the Promotion is not responsible for incorrect use of the terms of the Promotion.

III Final Provisions

1. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Promotion regulations without giving any reason. In the event of a change in the Regulations, the Promotion Organizer will provide the consolidated text of the Regulations by publishing it on the website https://cnc71.com. The amendment to the Regulations does not affect orders placed as part of the Promotion before the change is made.
2. The Organizer has the right to cancel or terminate the Promotion without giving any reason, by posting a written notice on the website, on the CNC71 brand profile on Facebook or Instagram.
3. The organizer is not responsible for any disputes arising from reasons attributable to third parties.
4. Any possible complaints related to the manner of the Promotion, the Participant is obliged to submit in writing to CNC71 within 3 days from the date of purchasing the goods or attempting to purchase them.
5. All matters not covered by these Regulations shall be governed by the provisions of the Regulations of the Website and the provisions of applicable law.
