What services does CNC71 offer?

Do I need to provide my own design to use CNC71 services?
No, if you don't have your own design, our company also offers complex design services upon customers’ request. Just send us a drawing or a description of the desired part, and our team will prepare a design that meets your expectations.
What materials are available for CNC machining?
We process a variety of materials:
- plastics (including PTFE, PVC, POM, PEEK)
- non-alloy and alloy steels
- aluminium alloys
- and many others

What are the costs of your services?
Costs of our services depend on the type of machining, material, quantity of details, potential need for project development, type of surface finishing/protection, and many other factors. Before placing an order, it is worth contacting us to obtain an individual, approximate quotation.
What are the delivery times for orders?
The delivery time for orders depends on the complexity of the production process. Our company strives to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but the delivery times may vary depending on the current workload of our machine park.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes, CNC71 offers delivery of parts directly to the customer. The cost of delivery depends on the size and weight of the parts as well as the destination.
When will my order be shipped and delivered, especially if I am an international customer?
The final delivery date of your order depends on several factors, such as:
- The time required for order processing and preparation
- The entire delivery process
- Customs procedures

I don't know how to assemble/install a set/part from CNC71 in my car. What should I do now?
Have you looked for the answer to your question in the installation instructions included with the shipment? If you didn't find the answer there, please reach out to us on Facebook or via email, and we will try to assist you 😀
Will a particular set fit my modified car?
To ensure whether a specific set will fit your vehicle, we recommend contacting our specialist. Before making a purchase, it is essential to thoroughly review the product description to ensure that it meets your requirements.
Can I consult with a technician after installing, for example, a steering set?
Of course, however, all information regarding the installation and adjustment of our parts can be found in the instruction manual included with the shipment.
After installing your steering-enhancing parts, my steering wheel no longer rebounds. What should I do now?
First, please check the following components:
- Power steering pump:
- What is it's technical condition?
- Does it make any concerning noises during operation ("whining")?
- Is there any fluid leakage?
- Are the rubber hoses in good condition?
- Is the system free from any blockages?
- Steering rack:
- Is there any noticeable freeplay in the gear rack?
- Has the steering rack been recently reconditioned? If so, is there a consistent resistance throughout the steering wheel's range of motion? If not, the tightening screw for the play might be over-tightened.
- Are the seals in good condition?
- Steering column:
- Do the universal joints rotate freely throughout their range of motion?
- Is the intermediate shaft bearing in good condition?
- Is the hub free from any interference with interior components?
- Power steering fluid:
- Is the system filled with fresh fluid?
- Control arm ball joints: (Not applicable for a complete set - as they are new)
- What is their condition? They may be rusted and cause resistance.
- Steering system bearings:
- Are camber plates installed?
- Do the swivel bearings operate smoothly throughout their range of motion?
- Has a bearing been used to facilitate the rotation of the entire system?
