LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS
FOR CNC71.com ONLINE STORE CUSTOMERS

§1 General

  1. The organizer of the Loyalty Program is CNC71 SP. Z O.O. ul. Mikołaja Reja 110 / H-30, 55-010 Smardzów, NIP: 8961610531, REGON: 521143880, KRS: 0000950425.
  2. This Loyalty Program is addressed to both consumers and other entities concluding Product Sales Agreements with the Organizer.
  3. The Loyalty Program is organized in the Organizer's online store available at https://cnc71.com

§2 Definitions

  1. The terms used in these Regulations mean:
  2. CUSTOMER - (1) a natural person with full legal capacity, and in cases provided for by generally applicable regulations also a natural person with limited legal capacity; (2) legal person; or (3) an organizational unit without legal personality, which the law recognizes legal capacity; - who intends to participate or participates in the Loyalty Program.
  3. CIVIL CODE - Civil Code Act of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93, as amended).
  4. ORGANIZER, SELLER - CNC71 SP. Z O.O. ul. Mikołaja Reja 110 / H-30, 55-010 Smardzów, NIP: 8961610531, REGON: 521143880, KRS: 0000950425.
  5. PRODUCT - an item or service that is the subject of the sales contract between the Customer and the Seller.
  6. LOYALTY PROGRAM - a loyalty program for customers organized by the Organizer in accordance with these Regulations.
  7. POINTS - points awarded to the Customer participating in the Loyalty Program and enabling them to receive a discount on the terms of these Regulations. Points are awarded for the concluded contracts for the sale of Products on the terms specified in these Regulations.
  8. TERMS AND CONDITIONS - these Loyalty Program terms and conditions.
  9. ONLINE STORE - the Organizer's online store available at http://cnc71.com/ , in which this Loyalty Program is organized.

§3 Conditions for participation in the loyalty program

  1. Customer may be a Loyalty Program Participant. Participation in the Loyalty Program is voluntary.
  2. The customer may join the Loyalty Program by expressing a desire to join the Loyalty Program when setting up a Customer account in the Online Store (to do this, select the appropriate checkbox visible on the page with the Customer account registration form).
  3. A customer participating in the Loyalty Program is obliged to provide factual data. The customer is obliged to update the provided data, in particular via e-mail to the following address: shop@cnc71.com or in writing to the following address: ul. Mikołaja Reja 110/H-30, 55-010 Smardzów.

§4 Loyalty program terms

  1. The Loyalty Program is valid indefinitely.
  2. The Customer participating in the Loyalty Program is awarded Points for the contracts for the sale of Products concluded by him in the Online Store, with the proviso that this only applies to sales contracts concluded using the order form available in the Online Store and does not include contracts concluded via by e-mail or by phone. Points are awarded within 14 days from the date on which the Product was delivered to the Customer.
  3. Points are awarded to the Client according to the following conversion rate: every PLN 100 of the value of the sales contract = 10 Points
  4. The value of the sales contract does not include the cost of delivery of the Product. The value of sales contracts concluded by the Customer with the Organizer so far does not include the value of sales contracts from which the Customer subsequently withdrew.
  5. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude the award of points for the purchase of certain Products, which will be announced in the description of each such Product.
  6. In addition to concluding contracts for the sale of Products in the Online Store, the Customer also has the option of obtaining additional Points in the Loyalty Program by participating in separate promotional campaigns carried out by the Organizer or its partners - on the terms specified in a given action.
  7. After concluding a contract for the sale of the Product or obtaining Points in any other acceptable way, the Organizer records an increase in the number of Points assigned to a given Customer in his Customer account in the Online Store. In addition to the possibility of self-checking the number of Points held within the Customer's account, the Customer is also entitled to obtain information from the Organizer about the number of Points held at any time - for this purpose, the Customer may contact the Organizer, in particular via e-mail at the following address: shop@cnc71.com or in writing to the following address: ul. Mikołaja Reja 110/H-30, 55-010 Smardzów.

§5 Purchase of the product at a reduced price using a discount

  1. Within six months of awarding Points, the Customer is entitled to purchase the Product in the Online Store at a reduced price according to the following conversion rate:
    • 200 Points - 1% discount on the Product price.
    • 500 Points - 2.5% discount on the Product price.
    • 1000 Points - 2% discount on the Product price.
  2. After purchasing the Product in the Online Store at a reduced price in accordance with point 5.1 of the Regulations, Points remain assigned to a given Client on his account. The customer may make subsequent purchases using the same Points within the time limit specified in point. 5.1 of the Regulations.
  3. The discount specified in point 5.1 does not apply to Products marked in the Online Store as discounted.
  4. The discount specified in point 5.1 does not add up to the discount due to the Customer for reasons other than this Loyalty Program.
  5. The Organizer may grant the Customer, on separate terms, an additional percentage discount, while deciding that it adds up to the discount specified in point 5.1.

§6 Personal data

  1. The administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations is the Organizer. Personal data are processed for the purposes, to the extent and based on the principles set out in this point of the Regulations. Providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to provide personal data necessary to use the Loyalty Program results in the refusal to participate in it.
  2. The purpose of collecting the Customer's personal data by the Administrator is the implementation of the Loyalty Program.
  3. The basis for the processing of the Customer's personal data is the need to perform the contract to which the Customer is a party or to take action at his request before its conclusion.
  4. Each person has the right to control the processing of data concerning him, contained in the Administrator's data file, and in particular the right to: request supplementing, updating, rectifying personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or their removal if they are incomplete , out of date, inaccurate or has been collected in violation of the law, or is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was collected.

§7 Loyalty program cancellation and termination conditions

  1. The customer may at any time and without giving any reason withdraw from participation in the Loyalty Program by sending an appropriate statement to the Organizer, for example via e-mail to the following address: shop@cnc71.com or in writing to the following address: ul. Mikołaja Reja 110/H-30, 55-010 Smardzów. The resignation is effective immediately.

§8 Complaints procedure

  1. Complaints related to the Loyalty Program may be submitted by the Customer, for example, via e-mail to the following address: shop@cnc71.com or in writing to the following address: ul. Mikołaja Reja 110/H-30, 55-010 Smardzów.
  2. It is recommended to provide in the description of the complaint as much information and circumstances as possible regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of occurrence of irregularities and contact details - this will facilitate and speed up the consideration of the complaint by the Organizer. The requirements set out in the preceding sentence are only recommendations and do not affect the effectiveness of complaints submitted without the recommended description of the complaint.
  3. The Organizer will respond to the complaint immediately, not later than within 14 days from the date of submitting the complaint.

§9 Final provisions

  1. The law applicable to the Loyalty Program is Polish law and the Polish language.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations for important reasons, that is: changes in the law to the extent to which these changes affect the implementation of the provisions of these Regulations. The changed regulations are binding for the Customer if the requirements specified in Art. 384 and 384 [1] of the Civil Code, that is, the Customer has been properly notified of the changes and has not terminated participation in Loyalty Program within 14 days from the date of notification. In the event that the amendment to the Regulations results in the introduction of any fees, the Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract. The amendment to the Regulations does not affect the already concluded sales contracts, awarded Points and Awards.
  3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other relevant provisions of generally applicable Polish law shall apply.
